Designing Benefit Plans

Designing executive benefit plans can sometimes feel like uncharted territory. We’ll get introduced to a client and they’ll start by saying, our executives are well compensated. We give them cash bonuses and a Christmas ham every year. Then as we dig a little deeper into the company’s benefit plan offerings, a pattern will emerge. They’ll admit, well, we keep losing our best executives to the competition down the street.

So we’ll talk about that. What are they leaving for? What is compelling your executive to move on to perceived greener pastures? Once we identify the critical element to retaining their best executives, we can start to design a plan that meets the client’s objectives.
